On December 11th, 2011, Uncle Sam’s English House USEH welcomed its first foreign guest---Prof. Ron Champion from University of Waterloo. After visiting the school including the teaching demonstration with high-tech of electronic white board, Prof. Ron Champion spoke highly of software and hardware of USEH, And commended “It’s wonderful.”
The purpose for Prof. Ron Champion to visit Nanning was to arrange the test for SCIC students who wanted to apply to the University of Waterloo. At the invitation of Prof. Rong Shouyu, the President of CFCIE who is also the founder of USEH, Prof. Ron Champion came to USEH, Prof. Zhou Yi，the Honorary Principal of USEH and the delegates of all staffs gave him a warm welcome. Prof. Ron Champion was pleased to accept our gift ---the logo of USEH. Then Prof. Zhou Yi hobnobbed and took photos with Prof. Ron Champion.
During the visit, while the staff introduced our chair can be opened up as a closet, Prof. Ron Champion couldn’t help taking the pictures. What’s more, Prof. Ron Champion asked a lot of questions while watching the white board demonstration. He mentioned that he wanted to know more about it which is similar to Canadian Smart White Board. It’s up to the world.
After accepting the present from the USEH, Prof. Ron Champion ended his pleasant journey.
